Casinonic Licence

The Casinonic licence is an international remote gambling authorisation issued by the competent authority in Curaçao to the operating company named on the regulator’s public register.

You can verify the issuing body, licence number, issue date and current status on the official register; the authorisation remains valid while listed as Active and subject to ongoing compliance reviews.

The licence sets rules on fair play, player protection, secure data processing and AML/KYC, aligned to widely accepted online gambling standards for gaming services offered under that jurisdiction.

Excluded Areas

Licensed operations exclude specific countries and regions across all Casinonic platforms, including the site, apps and services.

You may ask, is Casinonic legal in Australia; local rules apply and a foreign game licence is not a local authorisation.

Waiver of Brand Ownership

Casinonic is not the owner of companies licensed by the Curaçao regulator and does not manage them.

The brand has no financial, managerial or other controlling interests in those companies. It cannot influence operational or management decisions taken by the licensee or its service providers. It accepts no responsibility for their actions or any regulatory breaches. Any claims must be directed to the relevant company named on the public register or to the regulator, not to Casinonic.

Licence Verification System

A licence and seal verification system allows you to confirm Casinonic’s current status and licence authenticity in real time.

The tool is a digital status check hosted by the regulator. All texts, images and verification materials displayed there are the regulator’s property and are copyright-protected. It answers common questions such as "is Casinonic legit in Australia" by showing the live status recorded on the official register. Any third-party commercial or other use is prohibited and improper use may lead to penalties under applicable law.

Trademarks

Trademarks, logos and commercial identifiers shown on the site and apps are protected by the rights holder, which may be the licence holder or the regulator.

Ownership extends beyond domain names and registered marks to other brand-style elements such as layouts and design assets. Unauthorised use, imitation or adaptation is prohibited under applicable intellectual property law. Any misuse of Casinonic identifiers may entail legal liability.
